Degrees in Culinary Arts and Restaurant and Hospitality Management

I am a classically trained chef with degrees in Culinary Arts and Restaurant and Hospitality Management from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco.

After receiving my degree, I had the privilege to continue my fine dining training at the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel under Executive Chef Christian Rassinoux. One of the highlights of my time there was working with Culinary Icon, Chef Paul Bocuse.

Upon returning to San Francisco, I had the opportunity to work with Maria Helm-Sinskey, Food and Wine’s Best New Chef at Plumpjack Cafe. I was influenced by Alice Waters and all the gourmet flavors that were going strong at the turn of the millennium.

I worked as a personal chef in San Francisco and am excited to be able to offer my services in Western New York.

I often get asked if I have a specialty, and I do!

I specialize in global cuisine, and prepare meals from many regions around the world, including American Regional specialties. I cook what you want!

Some of my clients choose the meals I prepare and some let me choose. As the relationship develops, some clients enjoy letting me choose the menu because then they don’t have to think about the food at all, except eating it!
