Chef Chris Aquilino is an award winning, chef, culinary leader, sustainability expert, culinary architect, brand ambassador advisor, author, and artist with 30 plus years of industry experience.
The culinary driving force behind numerous multi-million-dollar national foodservice concepts, and brands specializing in recipe development, branded content creation, smart menu design, culinary sustainability, food waste management and recovery food styling, and photography.
He has been blessed in my career to help create branded concepts for some of the world’s most exclusive restaurants and food brands, incorporating research and development, kitchen and ingredient management, equipment, ergonomics, food safety, training, and culinary execution. His curiosity and interests have led him to gain experience and expertise in a variety of disciplines including food waste, sustainability, catering and events, and more.
Chris is the Chief Culinary Officer for Further Culinary Group, a boutique food service consulting and creative firm out of Charlotte NC and the VP of the Charlotte Chapter of the American Culinary Federation.
I continue to combine my three decades of experience, culinary mastery, creativity, training, and operational execution to constantly challenge myself and strive to better tell the story of food. With a love of the arts, and armed with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, I use culinary and art techniques to create beautifully prepared and presented foods, as well as food style and photography for numerous clients
